As a current client, you may have have seen my email yesterday introducing a structural update to my homeopathy practice. I wanted to write to you to confirm that your care continues exactly as it is, at exactly your current rate. Nothing about our work together changes.

What is changing is how the practice is organized for new members, going forward. I am formalizing a concierge retainer model for new clients, and I am capping the panel at 20 active members total. The kind of deep listening that actually moves things requires time and attention that does not scale. Additionally, I continue working in the arts sector and I want to respect those commitments as well. I have watched what happens when practitioners try to stretch it too thin, and I want to avoid that.
